If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, return it to the store you bought it from or to Patagonia for a repair, replacement or refund. Damage due to wear and tear will be repaired at reasonable charge.
If you can’t find something on the site, try using the Search, starting with a specific name or term. If the Search does not return the right match (or any at all), it could be that the specific product you are looking for is not made anymore, or that it is not available for the season.

We try to keep the site updated with products that are in stock and ship the same working day (Mon-Fri). Occasionally items ordered may be out of stock. If this should happen we will contact you to let you know when we will be able to despatch your order. We ship all orders with UPS Standard, Dispatching in 1-3 working days for delivery in 2-5 working days. Please note that all deliveries are made between 09.00 and 18.00 Monday to Friday with all parcels requiring a signature.

We exchange or refund all unused item (s) with their original packaging and garment tags still attached within a period of 7 working days beginning with the day after the date on which the item was delivered. This applies to all purchases from our online store. It is the buyer's responsibility to return the item(s) to the address below, please include the original packaging and labels.

We enclose a return form in every mail order package. Please take a minute to fill out this form to tell us if you want an exchange or refund. If you do not have the return form any longer, include a note with your name, a physical return address, daytime phone number, what you are sending in and why, and what you would like to have happen. Please be sure to ship the package (at your charge) with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. The exchange items will be sent to you free of shipping charge. We cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is unavailable.
If any item purchased from us develops a fault after the initial 7 days please return the item to us for inspection following the above returns procedure clearly noting the nature of the fault.
