These general conditions of sale are to govern the transactions between:
2.1 All items sold to an individual are detailed in an e-mail sent by Ski Service SA to the client following an order and purchase.If necessary, further details or photographs from the manufacturer can be provided ,but are for reference only.
3.1 Purchase prices are quoted in Swiss Francs(net) and include VAT; these apply throughout the duration of the purchase.
3.2 The prices shown will be adjusted to show the addition of delivery costs and will be clearly shown in the confirmation e-mail sent by Ski Service SA. These will be deemed to have been agreed and accepted by the purchaser when payment is complete, for both the items purchased and the packing and delivery costs.
4.1 The sale is deemed to be complete once the purchaser has replied by e-mail to confirm that the correct payment has been made, via Secure PayGate, to the vendor and that this has been validated by Secure PayGate.
4.2 Purchases made by either e-mail or telephone must be paid for at the time. No credit will be given. The payment must be made by credit card according to the conditions laid down by Secure PayGate.
4.3 Ski Service SA do not have access to any confidential information relating to the purchase of goods. Information taken during payment is encrypted and sent to Six Multipay in a secure form, such that Ski Service SA or any associates cannot gain access.
5.1 The goods will be sent to the address shown on the customers e-mail
5.2 In the absence of any special mitigating circumstances at the time of an order, the delivery of goods will be within 7 working days.
5.3 Ski Service will inform the customer if there is a delay with the delivery. This will not incur any penalty for the vendor.
6.1 If the item is faulty, Ski Service guarantees that the product can be returned and the costs reimbursed providing the following conditions in the following paragraph are met by the purchaser:
6.2 In the case where no faulty goods exist or when it has been specifically made clear that the item cannot be returned, the order may be returned at the purchasers own cost within 7 working days from receipt of the goods, on condition that within 2 working days of their receipt, permission has already been obtained by e mail, after explaining the reasons in detail and thereafter following the terms and conditions of Ski Service SA.
6.3 In the situation where items are returned and the restrictions of Paragraphs 6.1 and been met, the price paid will be reimbursed as per the following :
7.1 Ski Service SA adheres strictly to the legislation concerning orders placed by clients, notably the law relating to the protection of said orders. Ski Service SA only keeps files of orders placed, as necessary, for good management and for accounting purposes.
7.2 The customer accepts that Ski Service SA will use information relating to orders only for development and performance of the service provided.
8.1 The current terms and conditions can be modified from time to time by Ski Service SA
8.2 It is incumbent on the purchasers to know of the terms and conditions and to make themselves aware of any changes if their intention is to makes several orders over a long period of time.
9.1 The transactions between Ski Service SA and the purchaser are governed by Swiss law.
9.2 Any possible litigation between Ski Service SA and their clients will resolved in the relevant forums where Ski Service SA is located.
