Booking for several people? No problem. Simply “add more” items to your cart when you are selecting equipment or clothing. You can add each person person’s bio metric info before confirming the order and you can even change the dates of individual items.

For larger groups, toggle the “Group Reservation” mode under the “Add to Cart” button. This feature allows you to quickly select the desired quantity of the same item and add all items to the cart with a single click, saving you time and effort.

If you don’t know everyone’s biometric data, don’t worry! Just add your best guesses—we’ll measure and adjust everything in-store to ensure the perfect fit.

If you need to book for multiple periods, whether overlapping or not, simply add everything you need to your cart. Then edit the dates before confirming the bookings.

For example, if you’re skiing from the 12th to the 15th and again from the 18th to the 20th, you should add ‘Diamond Skis’ to your cart twice. Before completing your booking, edit the dates for each item: one ‘Diamond Skis’ booking should reflect the 12th to the 15th, and the other should reflect the 18th to the 20th. This ensures your booking covers both periods accurately before checkout.

Ski poles are included with every ski rental snow shoe hire. Touring / adjustable height poles are included with touring ski rentals. There is no additional charge for either.

No need to lug your gear around town! We offer complimentary ski storage exclusively for our rental customers, allowing you to securely leave your equipment overnight. During the ski day, you can store your normal shoes—and even a bag, space permitting. As an added bonus, we’ll refresh and dry your boots overnight, so you can start each day with warm, comfortable boots ready for the slopes. Whether you want to try different skis, switch from skiing to snowboarding, or adjust your gear to match changing snow conditions, you’re free to exchange your equipment as often as you like during your rental period—at no extra cost. Simply visit any of our shops, and our staff will be happy to help you find the perfect gear for your adventure.

When returning ski equipment, you can drop it off on the last day of your rental anytime before the shop closes at 19:00. If you’re unable to return it by then, you have until 10:00 the following morning. However, returning the equipment after 10:00 on the day after your rental period will result in an additional day’s charge.

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. That’s why we offer free modifications, cancellations, and refunds on all bookings before the rental period starts. If you need to adjust or cancel your reservation, simply contact us, and we’ll process your request without any additional fees. Your satisfaction and peace of mind are our priority, ensuring a stress-free experience from start to finish.

Your safety on the mountain is our priority. We offer a selection of avalanche and safety equipment for hire, including transceivers, shovels, and probes and ABS backpacks ensuring you’re fully prepared for off-piste adventures.
